Possibility of Deformation of Billet with Various Internal Structure in KOBO Extrusion

چکیده

The potential of KOBO unconventional extrusion metallic materials based on phenomenon changing the path plastic deformation with use cyclic oscillation die by given angle and frequency has been presented in this paper. This process is used to change material properties fragmentation grains without preheating billet press parts significantly lower force comparison conventional process. Various types billets (various form of: solid initial material, condensed chips, layered composite material) were during experimental tests analyze flow possibility various such as aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys copper order obtain a product complex shape process, using dies different geometries. Mechanical properties, microstructure, scheme examined work. can be considered more cost-effective than extrusion.
